WE ARE EXPERIENCED

Steve Robson worked for over 30 years in financial services and built a change management company working for blue chip financial organisations around the world with a turnover of $100 m. During Covid he sold the business in a management buyout and remains Chair of the new company.
Since then, Steve has diversified his businesses, and with his wife Cheryl, created a film company which has sold a feature documentary to the BBC, bought a building and set up an arts hub at the book and vinyl store Books on the Rise in Richmond, helps to manage a publishing business with sales on four continents, as well as maintaining a small property business.
The couple also manage an arts and education charity which champions DEI and has received funding from HLF, ACE, Paul Hamlyn, Miliband Foundation and many others. Steve is available as a NED or fractional business adviser to help you get back on course.
